基于改进堆叠顺序表法的变厚度复合结构铺层序列优化设计

Optimization Design of Stacking Sequence for Variable Thickness Composite Structure Based on Improved Stacking Sequence Table Method

摘要 变厚度复合结构通过在不同厚度区域进行铺层序列优化实现变刚度设计,针对现有的铺层序列优化方法中存在的制造因素考虑不足、铺层序列生成随机性大等问题,提出了一种基于改进堆叠顺序表法的变厚度复合结构铺层序列优化设计方法。建立了一种改进的堆叠顺序表,使用各子区域铺层厚度、最薄子区域的铺层序列、铺层插入位置、铺层插入角度4个变量进行变厚度复合结构铺层序列的参数化表征;构建了考虑制造约束的变厚度复合结构铺层序列优化算法,通过最薄子区域铺层序列优化、最薄子区域到最厚子区域的铺层序列自动生成及优化,基于遗传算法进行了变厚度铺层序列的优化求解,实现了考虑制造约束的轻量化设计。应用于经典的18面板马蹄形复合结构的铺层序列优化,与已有方法结果相比,实现了考虑更多制造约束的多区域铺层序列优化设计,总重量降低到28.31 kg,验证了方法的有效性。 Variable thickness composite structures can achieve variable stiffness characteristics by stacking design in sub-regions with different thicknesses.For considering manufacturing requirements and reducing the randomness in generation of stacking sequences,the optimization design methodology of stacking sequence for variable thickness composite structure is proposed based on improved stacking sequence table method.An improved stacking sequence table method is proposed,which contains layer thickness,layer sequence in the thinnest sub region,layer insertion position,and layer insertion angle,for parameterizing the stacking sequence of variable thickness composite structures.An optimization algorithm of stacking sequence considering manufacturing constraints is established.Through stacking design of the thinnest sub region,automatic generation of stacking sequences from the thinnest sub region to the thickest sub region,and optimization design of stacking sequence in multiple sub-regions,the optimum stacking sequences is achieved with the lightweight objective and manufacturing constrains.The stacking sequences of the classic 18-region horseshoe structure are optimized.The total weight is reduced to 28.31 kg,and more manufacturing constraints are considered,which can demonstrate the effectiveness of the proposed algorithm.
