摘要
以4份不同来源的胡卢巴种子为材料,配置3种不同类型及不同浓度的盐溶液[中性单盐(NaCl,0、50、100、150、200 mmol·L^(-1))、中性混合盐(NaCl+Na_(2)SO_(4),浓度比1:2,0、25、50、75、100、125、150、175 mmol·L^(-1))、碱性混合盐(NaCl+Na_(2)CO_(3)+NaHCO_(3)+Na_(2)SO_(4),浓度比5:3:9:23,0、50、100、150、200 mmol·L^(-1))]对胡卢巴种子进行盐胁迫处理,探究盐胁迫对胡卢巴种子萌发指标(相对发芽率、相对发芽指数、相对活力指数、相对胚根长、相对胚芽长、相对鲜重)的影响。结果表明:不同种源胡卢巴种子在不同类型盐胁迫下,其种子萌发指标均受到盐胁迫的影响。低浓度盐胁迫对胡卢巴种子萌发有促进作用,100 mmol·L^(-1)单盐、25 mmol·L^(-1)中性混合盐和50 mmol·L^(-1)碱性混合盐胁迫下,相对发芽率较对照分别高1.39%、3.89%和0.52%。4份胡卢巴材料在中性单盐胁迫下耐盐能力由强至弱依次为青海胡卢巴、加拿大胡卢巴、云南胡卢巴、甘肃胡卢巴,而在中性混合盐和碱性混合盐胁迫下,其耐盐能力由强至弱依次为青海胡卢巴、云南胡卢巴、甘肃胡卢巴、加拿大胡卢巴。
In order to explore the tolerance of different provenances of fenugreek seeds to different types of saline stress during germination,in this study,four regions fenugreek seeds were used as materials,and three different types of saline solutions[neutral single salt(NaCl,0,50,100,150,200 mmol·L^(-1)),neutral mixed salt(NaCl+Na_(2)SO_(4),the ratio was 1:2,0,25,50,75,100,125,150,175 mmol·L^(-1)),alkaline mixed salt(NaCl+Na_(2)CO_(3)+NaHCO_(3)+Na_(2)SO_(4),the ratio was 5:3:9:23,0,50,100,150,200 mmol·L^(-1))]were prepared to treat the seeds of fenugreek.The effects of saline stress on the germination indexes(relative germination rate,relative germination index,relative vigor index,relative radicle length,relative germ length,relative fresh weight)of fenugreek seeds were investigated.The results showed that the seed germination indexes of different provenances were affected by saline stress under different types of saline stress.Low concentration of saline stress promoted the germination of fenugreek seeds.Under the stress of 100 mmol·L^(-1)single salt,25 mmol·L^(-1)neutral mixed salt and 50 mmol·L^(-1)alkaline mixed salt,the relative germination rate was 1.39%,3.89%and 0.52%higher than that of the control,respectively.Under neutral single salt stress,the order of saline tolerance of four fenugreek materials from strong to weak was Qinghai fenugreek,Canada fenugreek,Yunnan fenugreek,Gansu fenugreek,while under neutral mixed salt and alkaline mixed salt stress,the order of saline tolerance from strong to weak was Qinghai fenugreek,Yunnan fenugreek,Gansu fenugreek,Canada fenugreek.
