以培养医学生临床思维能力为导向的器官系统整合医学课程体系探索与实践

Exploration and Practice of the Organ System Integration Medical Curriculum System Based on Training Medical Students’Clinical Thinking Ability

摘要 我校以学生的学习成长为中心,以器官系统和疾病为基础,构建了以培养医学生临床思维能力为导向的器官系统整合医学课程体系。经过5年来的探索与实践,推进了教师知识结构转变、课程内容架构转变和考核评价体系转变,加强了课程思政育人实效和对医学生临床思维能力、综合运用能力、创新能力的培养,为其他地方医学院校开展器官系统整合医学教学改革提供了可借鉴的经验。 Based on the study and growth of students,and on the organ system and diseases,our university has constructed an organ system integrated medical curriculum system based on training medical students’clinical thinking ability.After 5 years of exploration and practice,the transformation of teachers’knowledge structure,curriculum content structure,assessment and evaluation system have been promoted,and it has strengthened the actual effect of ideological and political education in the curriculum,the training of medical students’clinical thinking ability and comprehensive application ability and innovation ability.It provides the experience for other local medical colleges to carry out the teaching reform of organ system integration medicine.
