摘要
医教协同是培养医学人才的有效途径,也是目前我国医学教育改革的重要理念,如何做好医教协同,进一步深化高层次医学人才培养,夯实医学人才基础,是当前临床医学教育面临的重要课题。“医教协同”在实施过程中面临着管理体制与目标之间的问题、医学教育需求与临床教学环境之间的矛盾及教学水平协调发展面临的问题,西南医科大学深入研究“医教协同”发展,对遇到的阻力及时协调解决,经过多方面探索发展,在培养西部地区医学人才方面取得了一定成效,积累了一定的经验。
Medical-educational collaboration is an effective way to cultivate medical talents,and it is also an important concept in the current medical education reform in China.How to do a good job of medical education coordination,further deepen the training of high-level medical talents and consolidate the foundation of medical talents is an important issue at present.Although the“Medical-Education Collaboration”has been implemented for a long time,it still faces the problem between the management system and the goal,the problem between the medical education needs and the clinical teaching environment,and the problem of teaching coordinated development.Southwest Medical University has in-depth research on the development resistance of“medical-education synergy”.After years of exploration and development,it has achieved certain results in cultivating medical talents in the western region and accumulated relatively rich experience.
