摘要
借鉴美国执业医师考试的临床案例,应用现代信息技术,将多种APP和教学形式应用于神经病学的临床实践教学中,实现翻转课堂,突出以“学生为中心”的教学目标。授课前通过在线测试,了解学生相关理论和实践知识的掌握情况;授课过程中引导学生思考并进行答疑,侧重将神经病学基础知识与临床病例相结合;授课后进行第二轮在线测试,了解学生的学习效果。课后将重要知识点和操作环节录制成微课,发送至学习软件或微信群,供学生学习,实现形成性教学和评价。调动学生临床学习和思考的主动性,将基础的发病机制与临床应用相结合,使学生多角度深刻认识疾病,从而提高临床教学的效果和深度。
Referring to the clinical cases of the Examination for Professional Physicians in the United States,modern information technology is used by lots of teaching form and APP to clinical practice teaching of neurology,so as to realize flipped classroom and highlight the teaching goal of“student-centered”.Relevant theoretical and practical knowledge level of the students are understood through online test of case analysis before teaching.During the teaching process,students are guided to think and answer questions,focusing on the combination of basic medical knowledge and clinical cases of neurology.The second online test of case analysis was conducted after the lecture to understand the students’learning effect.After class,important knowledge points and operations will be recorded into micro lessons and sent to the learning software or Wechat group for students to learn and achieve formative teaching and evaluation.We focus on improving the effect and depth of clinical teaching by mobilizing students’initiative in clinical learning and thinking,combining basic pathogenesis with clinical application and deeply understanding diseases from multiple perspectives.
