赋能教育的研究生助教模式在医学本科实验教学中的探索

摘要 研究生助教制度在高等教育中具有重要作用,但实际工作中还存在一些问题,并未完全发挥出预期效果。本文在分析问题产生原因的基础上,结合新时代教育发展要求,以西安交通大学机能实验学课程为例,对赋能教育在研究生助教工作中的运用进行了探索和实践,以期摸索出新的助教培养模式,使其在助力本科教学的同时,更好地赋能提升研究生助教的综合素质能力。 Although the graduate teaching assistant system plays an important role in higher education,there are still some problems in the actual work,and the expected effect is not achieved.In the present study,we analyzed the causes of the problem.In addition,combining with the requirements of educational development in the new era,we explored and practiced the application of empowered education in the work of graduate teaching assistants,taking the curriculum of Medical Functional Experiment of Xi’an Jiaotong University as an example.Through our efforts,we hope to find out a new teaching assistant training mode,which can not only improve undergraduate teaching,but also better enhance the comprehensive ability of graduate teaching assistants.
