摘要
在“双碳”目标指引下,我国新能源发展势头迅猛。然而,新能源发电的随机性导致大规模并网时,不仅加剧了系统净负荷的峰谷差异,还对电网的安全稳定运行造成不同程度影响。因此,如何管理高比例新能源系统的运行成为当前研究的焦点。基于以上问题,研究了多源联合调峰优化运行,分析各类调峰电源的调峰成本,建立符合电网运行实际调峰调度要求的优化运行原则和方案,并建立通用的多源联合调峰优化运行多阶段动态优化控制策略。在此基础上,针对核电机组运行特点,研究和建立核电机组直接参与电网日负荷调峰及核电与可再生能源联合运行调峰的运行模式,为多源电力系统安全稳定运行提供一定参考。
Under the guidance of the“dual-carbon”target,new energy develops rapidly in our country.However,the randomness of new energy generation leads to large-scale grid-connection,which not only intensifies the peak-valley difference of system net load,but also causes different degrees of influence on the safe and stable operation of power grid.Consequently,managing the operation of high-proportion new energy systems becomes the current research focus.It investigates the optimization of coordinated peak-shaving ope-rations across multiple sources.It analyzes the peak-shaving costs of various peak-shaving power sources,establishes optimization principles and schemes that align with the practical peak-shaving scheduling requirements of grid operation,and develops the optimal operation principles and schemes which meet the requirements of the actual peak-load dispatching in power grid operation.A general multi-phase dynamic optimization control strategy of multi-source joint peak load balancing operation is established.On this basis,according to the operation characteristics of nuclear power units,the operation mode of nuclear power units directly participating in the daily peak-load regulation of the grid and the joint operation of nuclear power and renewable energy are studied and established,which provides reference for the safe and stable operation of multi-energy power systems.
