某电站锅炉炉膛烟温偏差问题治理试验研究

摘要 针对某300 MW电站锅炉存在的炉膛烟温偏差较大问题,开展了二次风配风及运行参数优化试验研究,进行了燃尽风投运组合方式、主燃烧器区二次风配比、运行氧量优化试验。通过燃烧优化调整,保证了炉膛两侧烟温偏差在50℃以内,并结合试验结果,提出了运行合理化建议,为存在类似问题的电厂提供参考。 According to the problem of large flue gas temperature deviation of 300 MW boiler in a power plant,experimental research is conducted on the optimization of secondary air distribution and operating parameters.Multiple tests are conducted on the combination mode of over fire air operation,secondary air ratio in the main combustion zone,and optimization tests of operating oxygen content.By optimizing combustion,the flue gas temperature deviation on both sides of the furnace can be maintained within 50℃.Based on the experimental results,some suggestions on operation rationalization are put forward to provide reference for power plants with similar problems.
