摘要
某发电公司4号350 MW机组进行了20%额定负荷深度调峰试验,在降负荷过程中,选取了105 MW、90 MW、80 MW、70 MW工况参数进行测试与分析。研究发现:20%额定负荷下,B/C 2台磨煤机运行,发电最低负荷为72 MW,锅炉最小蒸发量为230 t/h,锅炉主蒸汽压力为11.28 MPa,主蒸汽温度为490℃,再热蒸汽温度为440℃,脱硝入口烟气温度为290℃。在现有条件下,火检信号和炉膛负压波动正常,锅炉燃烧稳定,汽轮机正常运行,环保指标控制在合格范围,辅助设备平稳运行,为后续设备改造及制定合理的逻辑优化方案提供借鉴。
It carries out the test of 20%rated load deep peak shaving in the No.4350 MW unit of a power generation company.During the load reduction process,the parameters of 105 MW,90 MW,80 MW and 70 MW are selected for testing and analysis.Research finds that under 20%rated load,two B/C coal mills operate,with a minimum power generation load of 72 MW,a minimum boiler evaporation capacity of 230 t/h,a main steam pressure of 11.28 MPa,a main steam temperature of 490℃,a reheat steam temperature of 440℃,and a flue gas temperature of 290℃at the denitration inlet.Under various operating conditions,the flame detection signal and furnace negative pressure fluctuate normally.The boiler combustion is stable,and the operating parameters of the steam turbine are normal.The environmental indicators are within the qualified range,and the auxiliary equipment operates smoothly.It provides reference for the subsequent development of reasonable equipment transformation and logic optimization scheme.
