新型研发机构作为科技创新体系建设的重要内容,在解决关键核心技术和推进科技成果转化过程中表现出了显著优势。综述新型研发机构的概况、特征、研究现状及山东省的建设模式与类型。从利益分配的视角,结合利益分配理论、利益分配内涵,构建新型研发机构利益分配内涵关系框架。研究利益主体与利益分配原则、影响因素和分配机制相互作用下的利益分配机制路径,并对山东省新型研发机构建设路径进行实践分析,提出新型研发机构利益分配机制的实现路径发展建议,为促进其高质量发展提供借鉴参考。

As an important part of the construction of the scientific and technological innovation system,the new R&D institutions have shown significant advantages in solving the key core technologies and promoting the transformation of scientific and technological achievements.The general situation,characteristics,research status and construction mode and type of new R&D institutions in Shandong Province were reviewed.From the perspective of profit distribution,combined with the theory of profit distribution and the connotation of profit distribution,the paper constructs a framework to explore the connotation relationship of profit distribution of new research and development institutions.The action path of interest distribution mechanism under the interaction of interest subject,principle of interest distribution,influencing factors and distribution mechanism were studied,and chooses a case to carry on the practical analysis of the construction path of new R&D institutions in Shandong Province.This paper puts forward some suggestions on the realization path of the mechanism of profit distribution,and provides a reference for promoting its high-quality development.
