摘要
珍珠作为传统药材含有丰富的营养物质,其美白与抗衰老的功能为人们所熟知,但对于其中的化学反应机理却少有系统的披露。从化学的视角对珍珠美白与抗衰老机理进行了系统综述,分析并推测了这些功能背后的化学反应与作用机制,旨在揭示珍珠中被忽视的化学知识,加强化学与生活的联系,并为化学教学提供相关情境和资源。
As a traditional medicinal herb,pearls contain rich nutrients and are well-known for their whitening and anti-aging functions.However,there is little systematic disclosure of the chemical reaction mechanisms involved.This article provides a systematic review of the whitening and anti-aging mechanisms of pearls from a chemical perspective,analyzing and speculating On the chemical reactions and mechanisms behind these functions.The aim is to reveal the overlooked chemical knowledge in pearls,strengthen the connection between chemistry and life,and provide relevant contexts and resources for chemistry teaching.
