摘要
以“橙精油的提取和测定”为项目主题,开展大学化学的综合实验教学。学生通过查阅资料选取适合的植物精油;应用HTML5技术实现提取工艺的筛选、单因素条件的考察和正交实验的优化;最终采用气相色谱测定在最优条件下提取的橙精油。该实验利用虚实结合的教学手段,将知识传授和能力培养有机地融合在一起。通过理论联系实际,锻炼学生解决真实情境问题的能力;在小组合作、组间讨论等环节,培养学生团队意识和严谨的科学态度。
The comprehensive experiment teaching in university chemistry was carried out with the project theme of"extraction and determination of orange essential oil".Students select suitable plant essential oils by consulting information,apply HTML5 technology to screen extraction processes,examine single factor conditions,and optimize orthogonal experiments.Finally,gas chromatography was used to determine the orange essential oil extracted under optimal conditions.This experiment utilizes a combination of virtual and real teaching methods to organically integrate knowledge transmission and ability cultivation.By linking theory with practice,students can develop their ability to solve real-world problems,cultivate their teamwork and rigorous scientific attitude in group cooperation,inter group discussions,and other activities.
