校企合作是深化“引企入教”改革的重要举措。作为行业特色型高校,华北电力大学在分析测试中心建设过程中与珀金埃尔默合作,提出校企共建委员会指导下的校企协同管理体系,包括科学完善的制度体系、对标企业的规范化管理和人才、技术双向流动。分析测试中心面向行业测试需求提供解决方案,助力关键领域取得突破进展,为实验教学和课程设计提供实践资源和为人才培养和求职就业赋能,积极服务学校能源电力学科建设,呈现创新人才培养的鲜明示范作用。

University-Enterprise cooperation is an important measure to deepen the reform of"introducing enterprises into education".Joint construction of instrumental analysis center has been promoted between North China Electric Power University and PerkinElmer.The cooperation management system has been proposed under the guidance of the University-Enterprise Cooperation Committee,which include scientific institutional system,standardized management and talent&.technology exchange.The center met the needs of the industry testing,made breakthroughs in key areas,provided practical resources for experimental teaching and course design,and empowered the talent cultivation and employment.It serves the construction of the school's energy and electricity discipline and presents a clear demonstration role in cultivating innovativetalents.
