中国大城市居民通勤满意度的影响因素研究——以广州为例

Determinants of Commute Satisfaction in Chinese Large Cities:A Studyof Guangzhou

出行满意度是交通地理研究的热点议题,而现有研究很少关注地理环境(尤其是工作地与沿途环境)对居民通勤满意度的影响。为此,本文基于广州市的问卷调查与地理兴趣点数据,利用结构方程模型分析了不同地理环境因素对通勤满意度的影响。研究发现,沿途环境和工作地环境对通勤满意度有直接或间接的影响,而居住地的地理环境对通勤满意度的影响不显著。此外,通勤时间、通勤方式和沿途活动等因素对通勤满意度也有一定的影响。本研究拓展了尺度陷阱理论在交通研究中的应用,也对于提升大城市居民的通勤满意度具有政策启示。

Travel satisfaction is a prominent subject of inquiry in contemporary research on transport geography,while enhancing residents'commuting experience stands as a pivotal objective in urban development.This may lead to a mismatch between scales of independent and dependent variables and scalar trap of empirical analysis.To address this gap,this study employs the structural equation model to analyzes the determinants of residents'commute satisfaction based on a questionnaire survey and geographic point of interest data collected in Guangzhou,with a specific focus on investigating the mechanisms through which different geographical environment attributes affect commute satisfaction.The findings reveal that perceived environment along the commuting route has a direct impact on commute satisfaction,while objective environmental indicators at the workplace primarily exert an indirect influence through commuting time.Although the geographical environment of residential areas also affects commuting time,its overall impact on commute satisfaction is insignificant.
