摘要
在施工过程中,使用大体积超厚底板混凝土浇筑及抗裂技术受到混凝土收缩的影响,墙体会出现裂缝。为了解决该问题,提出了在房建大体积混凝土浇筑工程中应用后浇带施工技术。文章结合实际案例,介绍了后浇带宽度和间距的设置原则以及其在不同类型结构中的应用;同时分析了后浇带快易收口网的加固技术和混凝土浇筑施工缝的处理措施,包括膨胀剂用量调控、膨胀加强带的设计与施工以及基于补偿收缩原理的混凝土浇筑工艺。研究结果显示,后浇带施工技术的应用有效提高了大体积混凝土浇筑工程的质量,增强了结构的整体性与耐久性。
In the construction process,the use of large volume and super thick base slab concrete pouring and crack resistance technology will cause cracks in the wall due to the influence of concrete shrinkage.In order to solve this problem,the application of post cast strip construction technology in large volume concrete pouring engineering of housing construction is proposed.Combining with practical cases,this paper introduces the setting principles of the width and spacing of the post cast strip and its application in different types of structures;At the same time,the reinforcement technology of the quick and easy closure net of the post cast strip and the treatment measures of the construction joint of concrete pouring are analyzed,including the control of the amount of expansion agent,the design and construction of the expansion reinforcement strip and the concrete pouring process based on the principle of shrinkage compensation.The research results show that the application of post cast strip construction technology effectively improves the quality of mass concrete pouring engineering,and enhances the integrity and durability of the structure.
