钻孔灌注桩技术在建筑工程施工中的应用分析

摘要 与预制桩相比,现场灌注桩不仅配筋率低,经济效益好,施工噪声小,承载力高,同时兼具更好的施工精度控制等优点,逐渐成为基础承载的主要实施方式。但现场钻孔灌注桩施工方式对地质条件有一定的要求。为了更好地发挥钻孔灌注桩的优点,需要针对不同地质条件,采取不同的成孔护壁措施。文章对某项目复杂地质条件下的群桩基础进行分析,通过反复试桩,总结出适用于不同区域和桩型的成孔方法,使其满足质量、安全和经济性要求,取得较好的社会效益和经济效益。 Compared with precast piles,cast-in-situ piles not only have the advantages of low reinforcement ratio,good economic benefits,low construction noise,high bearing capacity,but also have the advantages of better construction accuracy control,and gradually become the main implementation method of foundation bearing.However,the construction method of cast-in-place bored piles has certain requirements for geological conditions.In order to give full play to the advantages of bored cast-in-place piles,it is necessary to take different hole forming wall protection measures according to different geological conditions.This paper analyzes the pile group foundation under the complex geological conditions of a project,and summarizes the hole forming method suitable for different regions and pile types through repeated pile test,so as to meet the quality,safety and economic requirements,and achieve better social and economic benefits.
