水泥稳定碎石基层施工技术在道路施工中的应用分析

摘要 目前,我国干线道路普遍采用双层(或三层)水泥稳定碎石基层+双层沥青面层的结构形式。这种结构形式最大的缺陷就是会出现半刚性基层反射裂缝问题。该问题若一直未得到妥善解决,则会导致基层被损坏,影响耐久性,在后期的使用中容易出现安全事故,影响人们的出行安全。为解决这一问题,文章通过实际工程,研究了一种介于半刚性与柔性之间的新型耐久性路面基层材料———填充式大粒径水泥稳定碎石基层,其有效解决了上述问题,保证了基层自身的耐久性,延长了道路的使用寿命。 Currently,Chinas main roads generally adopt a structural form of double-layer(or three-layer)cement stabilized crushed stone base and double-layer asphalt surface layer.The biggest drawback of this structural form is the occurrence of semi-rigid base reflection cracks,and if this problem is not properly resolved,it can lead to damage to the base,affecting durability and easily causing safety accidents in later use,affecting peoples travel safety.To solve this problem,the article studied a new type of durable pavement base material between semi-rigid and flexible through practical engineering-a filled large particle cement stabilized crushed stone base,which effectively solved the above problems,ensured the durability of the base itself,and extended the service life of the road.
