水利水电工程金属结构制作安装细节质量控制

摘要 为进一步优化水利水电工程中金属结构的制作和安装质量,文章深入探讨了平面闸门的底部边梁与面板平面度的控制策略、闸门在自由状态下的透光检测方法、双向门机门形架的拼装技巧、固定卷扬式启闭机中心的临时调整过程以及电气设备试验这5个关键环节的细节控制方法。研究结果证实,通过严格控制这些环节中的细节,不仅能显著提升水利水电工程金属结构安装工作的整体质量,还能有效延长金属结构的服务寿命,为水利水电行业中的相关制作与安装工作提供了宝贵的技术参考和实践指导。 In order to further optimize the manufacturing and installation quality of metal structures in water conservancy and hydropower projects,this paper deeply discusses the control strategy of the flatness of the bottom edge beam and panel of the plane gate,the light transmission detection method of the gate in the free state,the assembly skills of the gantry of the two-way gantry crane,the temporary adjustment process of the fixed winch hoist center,and the detail control methods of the electrical equipment test.The research results confirm that strictly controlling the details in these links can not only significantly improve the overall quality of the metal structure installation work of water conservancy and hydropower projects,but also effectively extend the service life of the metal structure,which provides valuable technical reference and practical guidance for the related production and installation work in the water conservancy and hydropower industry.
