摘要
随着国内水利水电工程规模的不断扩大,其施工复杂性也相应增加,因此科学地确定施工初期导流标准尤为关键。文章针对某水电站施工期特点,综合考虑历史洪水、实测洪水数据、初期导流风险率以及风险决策理论,系统分析了施工初期导流标准多目标风险决策,确定了该水电站施工初期采用的洪水导流标准。文章旨在为类似高拱坝水电站施工初期导流标准的设定提供有效的参考。
With the continuous expansion of the scale of domestic water conservancy and hydropower projects,the construction complexity increases accordingly,so it is particularly critical to scientifically determine the diversion standard at the initial stage of construction.According to the characteristics of a hydropower station during the construction period,considering the historical flood,measured flood data,initial diversion risk rate and risk decision theory,this paper systematically analyzes the multi-objective risk decision-making of the diversion standard at the initial stage of construction,and determines the flood diversion standard for the hydropower station at the initial stage of construction.The purpose of this paper is to provide an effective reference for the setting of diversion standards at the initial stage of construction of similar high arch dam hydropower stations.
