建筑给排水系统的节能节水改造措施研究

摘要 文章研究了北京市某小区给排水系统的节能节水改造措施,旨在提升水资源利用效率与能源使用效益。通过采用节水器具、建设中水回用系统、雨水收集与利用、太阳能热水系统及节能泵站技术等关键措施,小区水资源消耗和能源消耗明显降低,其中水耗减少约30%,电耗降低了38%。研究证明,综合采取多种节能节水措施,对提升城市居住区的可持续发展能力具有重要作用。 This article studies the energy-saving and water-saving renovation measures of the water supply and drainage system in a residential area in Beijing,aiming to improve the efficiency of water resource utilization and energy efficiency.By adopting key measures such as water-saving appliances,constructing reclaimed water reuse systems,rainwater collection and utilization,solar hot water systems,and energy-saving pump station technologies,the water and energy consumption in the community have been significantly reduced,with water consumption reduced by about 30%and electricity consumption reduced by over 38%.Research has shown that adopting a variety of energy-saving and watersaving measures comprehensively plays an important role in enhancing the sustainable development capacity of urban residential areas.
