黄土高原半干旱区雨水集蓄利用研究

A Study on the Rainwater-gathering Utilization in the Semiarid Region of Loess Plateau

雨水是黄土高原半干旱区生活和生产的惟一水源,实现雨水的集蓄利用是该区发展农业生产,提高土地生产力的最佳选择,同时也是开展“退耕还林(草)”的一个切入点。本文简述了雨水集蓄利用的技术体系,分析了该区雨水利用的可行性,并对雨水集蓄利用中存在的问题进行了探讨并提出了雨水集蓄利用的对策。

Rainwater is the sole water resource for the life andproduction in the semiarid region of Loess Plateau. The realization ofrainwater-gathering utilization is the best choice for developingagricultural production and raising the land productivity, and a breachof to convert the cultivated lands into forests and grasslands?Thispaper expounded briefly the technological system of rainwater-gatheringutilization and analyzed the feasibility of rainwater-gathering utiliza-tion in this region, and probed into the issues of rainwater-gatheringutilization. Based on all these, some countermeasures were suggestedfor rainwater-gathering utilization.
