摘要
职业院校教师队伍建设是强化职业教育类型定位、助力职业教育高质量发展、推进职业教育现代化的关键。当前,我国职业院校教师队伍专业化发展还存在一系列问题,基于输入型能力模型和输出型能力模型,对教师队伍专业发展进行“职前—准入—职后”三个层面的系统设计,能够更好地提升职业院校教师队伍的质量。在职前培养上,要发挥培养主体的协同功能、明确培养内容的具体标准、实现培养模式的多维发展;在准入体系上,要坚持德技并重的准入理念、完善资格认证的静态标准、规范教师招聘的动态程序;在职后发展上,要完善四级联动的在职培训体系、创新在职教师群体的培训模式、健全“双师”标准的评价机制。
The construction of the teaching force in vocational schools is the key to strengthen the positioning of vocational education type,promote the high-quality development and modernization of vocational education.At present,there are still a series of problems that need to be solved in the professional development of the teaching force in vocational schools in China.Based on the input competence model and output competence model,the systematic design of"pre-service,admission,inservice"for professional development of the teaching force can better improve the quality of the teaching force in vocational schools.In terms of pre-service training,it is necessary to exert the collaborative function of the training subject,clarify specific standards for training content,and achieve the multidimensional development of the training modes.In terms of admission system,we should adhere to the concept of emphasizing both morality and skill,improve static standards for qualification certification,and standardize dynamic procedures for teacher recruitment.In terms of in-service development,it is necessary to improve the four-level linkage of in-service training system,innovate the training mode of in-service teacher groups,and improve the evaluation mechanism of the"double-qualified teachers"standard.
