肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA199和CA153对系统性红斑狼疮患者的诊断价值

The Diagnostic Value of Tumor Markers CEA,CA125,CA199,and CA153 in Patients with Systemic Lupus Erythematosus

目的分析肿瘤标志物癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖类抗原125(CA125)、糖类抗原199(CA199)和糖类抗原153(CA153)对系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)患者的诊断价值。方法回顾性选取2020年1月至2021年1月于医院就诊的60例SLE患者为研究对象,以SLE活动指数(SLEDAI)为金标准,将SLEDAI≥4分患者纳入试验组A组(活动期),SLEDAI<4分患者纳入试验组B组(缓解期),各30例;另选取同期医院体检的健康人群60名作为对照组。所有受检者均进行肿瘤标志物CEA、CA125、CA199和CA153检测,分析肿瘤标志物对SLE患者的诊断价值。结果试验组CA125、CA199水平显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CEA、CA153水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组A组dsDNA抗体、CA125、CA199显著高于试验组B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组CEA、CA153水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论肿瘤标志物CA125、CA199在SLE患者中具有较高诊断价值,且肿瘤标志物水平与疾病分期相关。

Objective To analyze the diagnostic value of tumor markers carcinoembryonic antigen(CEA),carbohydrate antigen 125(CA125),carbohydrate antigen 199(CA199),and carbohydrate antigen 153(CA153)in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Methods With the retrospective selection of 60 SLE patients visited the hospital from January 2020 to January 2021 as the research subjects,and the SLE Disease Activity Index(SLEDAI)as the gold standard,patients with SLEDAI scores≥4 were included in experimental group A(active phase),while patients with SLEDAI scores<4 were included in experimental group B(remission phase),with 30 cases in each group;Another 30 healthy people who underwent physical examination in hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.All subjects were tested for tumor markers CEA,CA125,CA199,and CA153 to analyze the diagnostic value of tumor markers in SLE patients.Results The levels of CA125 and CA199 in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no statistically significant differences in the levels of CEA and CA153 between the two groups(P>0.05).The dsDNA antibodies,CA125,and CA199 levels in experimental group A were significantly higher than those in experimental group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);There were no significant change in the levels of CEA and CA153 between the two groups,and the differences were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Tumor markers CA125 and CA199 have high diagnostic value in patients with SLE,and the levels of tumor markers are related to the disease stage.
