两种电动气压止血带衬垫材料在四肢骨折手术中的应用效果研究

The Application Effects of Two Cushioning Materials for Electric Pneumatic Tourniquets in Limb Fracture Surgery

目的探究两种电动气压止血带衬垫材料对四肢骨折手术患者舒适度、皮肤损伤及消毒液残留的影响。方法回顾性分析2022年3月至2023年3月于医院接受四肢骨折手术的94例患者临床资料,根据术中电动气压止血带衬垫材料的不同将患者分为对照组(47例)与观察组(47例)。对照组衬垫材料为石膏棉纸,观察组衬垫材料为水胶体敷料。比较两组手术总时长、电动气压止血带使用时间、住院时间、止血效果、舒适度、皮肤损伤及消毒液残留情况。结果两组手术总时长、电动气压止血带使用时间及住院时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);观察组止血优良率、舒适率、术后皮肤正常率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组消毒液残留率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论水胶体敷料作为电动气压止血带衬垫材料在四肢骨折手术患者术中止血效果较好,舒适度较高,可减少术后皮肤损伤及消毒液残留情况。

Objective To investigate the effects of different cushioning materials for electric pneumatic tourniquets on the comfort,skin damage,and disinfectant residue of patients undergoing limb fracture surgery.Methods With the retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 94 patients undergoing limb fracture surgery in the hospital from March 2022 to March 2023,patients were divided into the control group(47 patients)and an observation group(47 patients)based on the different cushioning materials of the intraoperative electric pneumatic tourniquets.With gypsum cotton paper as the cushioning material in the control group and hydrogel dressing as the cushioning material in the observation group,the total duration of operation,the use time of electric pneumatic tourniquet,the length of hospital stay,the hemostasis effect,the comfort,the skin injury and the residual of disinfectant were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in the total operation time,the use time of electric pneumatic tourniquet and the length of hospital stay between the two groups(P>0.05);The excellent hemostasis rate,comfort rate,and postoperative skin normal rate in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The residual rate of disinfectant in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion As a cushioning material for electric pneumatic tourniquets,hydrocolloid dressings have a good effect on postoperative hemostasis in patients undergoing limb fracture surgery,with high comfort and the ability to reduce postoperative skin damage and residual disinfectant.
