摘要
目的探究以数字化技术推动医院抗菌药物科学化管理(AMS)的实践效果。方法选取2022年1月至2023年12月医院抗菌药物使用情况,按照管理方法不同分为两组,对照组实施传统管理方法(2022年1月至2022年12月),观察组实施数字化AMS管理(2023年1月至2023年12月)。比较两组抗菌药物管理效果(抗菌药物使用率、Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率、抗菌药物医嘱点评合格率、住院患者治疗性抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率、医院感染诊断相关病原学送检率)。结果观察组住院患者抗菌药物使用率、Ⅰ类切口手术抗菌药物预防使用率低于对照组(P<0.05),抗菌药物医嘱点评合格率、住院患者治疗性抗菌药物治疗前病原学送检率、医院感染诊断相关病原学送检率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论数字化技术能够推动医院AMS,使抗菌药物管理更为精准、有效。
Objective To explore the practical effect of using digital intelligence technology to promote the antimicrobial stewardship(AMS)in hospitals.Methods With the selection of use cases of antibacterial drug in hospitals from January 2022 to December 2023,these cases were divided into two groups according to different management methods.With the implementation of traditional management methods(January 2022 to December 2022)in the control group,and scientific management of digital intelligence technology(January 2023 to December 2023)in the observation group,the effectiveness of antimicrobial drug management between two groups was compared,including antimicrobial drug usage rate,prophylactic use rate of antimicrobial drugs for Class I incision surgery,qualified rate of antimicrobial drug doctor's order reviews,inpatient therapeutic antimicrobial drug pre-treatment pathogenicity delivery testing rate,and pathogen delivery testing rate related to hospital infection diagnosis.Results The usage rate of antibiotics and the prophylactic use rate of antibiotics for Class I incision surgery in the observation group were lower than those in the control group.The qualified rate of antibiotic prescription review,inpatient therapeutic antimicrobial drug pre-treatment pathogenicity delivery testing rate,and the pathogen delivery testing rate related to hospital infection diagnosis were all higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Digital technology can promote AMS in hospitals,making antimicrobial drug management more precise and effective.
