治疗性血管新生在缺血性心脏病领域研究特征与热点演化的可视化分析

Visual analysis of research characteristics and hotspots evolution of therapeutic angiogenesis in ischemic heart disease

目的基于文献计量分析探讨治疗性血管新生在缺血性心脏病领域的研究热点和前沿。方法检索Web of Science核心合集数据库,通过CiteSpace软件从作者、国家、研究机构、关键词等方面进行可视化分析。结果检索到相关文献2942篇,发文量总体处于上升阶段,高产国家为美国、中国,高产机构为哈佛大学、加州大学、南京医科大学;被引最多的期刊为《Circulation》和《Circulation Research》;研究热点聚焦在生长因子、基因治疗、祖细胞/干细胞移植治疗心肌梗死等相关疾病方面,创新替代疗法(miRNA、外泌体囊泡、生物工程材料)、分子机制(炎症、氧化应激)、分子成像是目前的研究前沿,多学科融合是该领域目前及今后的研究发展趋势。结论治疗性血管新生在缺血性心脏病领域的研究正在不断发展,其理论体系得到初步构建,已提炼出一批有价值的研究主题和高潜热点,具有良好研究前景。

Objective To explore the research hotspots and frontiers of therapeutic revascularization in the field of ischemic heart disease based on bibliometric analysis.Methods Related articles were retrieved from the Web of Science Core Collection.CiteSpace software visually analyzed authors,countries,research institutions,keywords,etc.Results A total of 2942 publications were identified.The number of publications on this topic is increasing annually.The United States and China were the most prolific countries in this field.Harvard University,the University of California,and Nanjing Medical University were the most prolific institutions.Circulation and Circulation Research were the journals with the most citations.Research has focused on growth factors,gene therapy,and progenitor cell/stem cell transplantation for the treatment of myocardial infarction and other related diseases.Moreover,innovative alternative therapies(miRNA,extracellular vesicles,and bioengineered materials),molecular mechanisms(inflammation and oxidative stress),and molecular imaging may be the focus of future research.Multidisciplinary integration is a developmental trend in this field.Conclusion The research of therapeutic neovascularization in the field of ischemic heart disease is developing continuously,and its theoretical system has been preliminarily constructed,and a number of valuable research themes and high-potential hotspots have been refined,which have good research prospects.
