摘要
以天津滨海新区为研究对象,基于最小阻抗可达性评价方法,分别对比3种成本指标的可达性评价结果,揭示出传统以空间实际距离为成本可达性测度方法的不足,提出以非直线系数为成本的可达性评价方法。结果表明:天津滨海新区公共交通可达性优劣程度并没有表现出由中心向外围依次减弱的空间分布模式。中心城区各个交通小区内部,对公交的需求较大,为了增加公交的服务面积,公交线路过于曲折,间接降低了公交的可达性。周边小区之间由于缺乏直达公交线路,可达性较差。全区公共交通存在诸多问题。根据评价结果,对公共交通存在等问题提出整改建议,为合理的规划公交线路提供依据,对于提高滨海新区公交运行效率具有重要意义。
This article take Tianjin Binhai New Area as research object.Comparing results of accessibility evaluation by three kinds of cost index based on minimum impedance accessibility evaluation method,reveals the shortage of accessibility evaluation by the cost of actual space distance,point out the new accessibility evaluation method by the cost of nonlinear coefficient.The results show that the public transportation accessibility of Binhai New Area not behave the traditional spatial distribution pattern which weakened from center to surrounding.Within the central urban areas,there is a high demand for public transit within individual traffic zones.To increase the coverage area of bus services,bus routes tend to be overly circuitous,which indirectly reduces their accessibility.Between traffic zones in surrounding area,the lack of direct bus lines results in poor accessibility.Many problems exist in public transportation of the whole region.According to the evaluation results,point out the advices for the problems of public transportation,provide the basis for planning bus route reasonably,and it has great significance for improving running efficiency for bus in Binhai New Area.
