摘要
针对城市新建片区施工和运维期间的交通管理较为分散且低效的问题,设计并实践出1套片区智慧交通管理平台。首先通过分析用户画像与其智慧交通管理需求,确认建设内容,搭建从数据感知层到用户层的完整平台架构;其次设计其子系统及功能,通过引入数智孪生技术、网络传输技术、物联网技术、数据分析技术等,建立数据库和模型库,实现片区交通数据实时采集、交通运行管理、设施设备管理、施工车辆监管等多方面的功能。在实践应用中,以北京大兴国际机场综合保税区的建设和运维为背景,结合片区智慧交通管理方案进行平台开发。在3个月平台试运行期中,平台整体数据整理、采集及展示结果准确有效,运行效果稳定,对片区内的交通运行相关信息有较好的集成效果。综保区管委会的相关管理人员数量减少了2人,交通事件平均响应时长减幅66.2%,设备损坏平均响应时长减幅67.2%。该平台有效提升综保区内交通管理的效率和交通运行的安全性,同时为综保区的交通管理的智能决策提供依据。
In response to the scattered and inefficient traffic management during the construction and operation of new urban development areas,a smart traffic management platform for these zones was designed and implemented.firstly,by analyzing user profiles and their smart traffic management needs,the construction content was confirmed,and a complete platform architecture was established from the data perception layer to the user layer.Then the subsystems and functionalities were designed,incorporating technologies such as network transmission,the Internet of Things(IoT),and data analytics.This allowed for real-time collection of traffic data,traffic operation management,facility and equipment management,and supervision of construction vehicles within the zone.In practical application,the platform was developed in conjunction with the smart traffic management plan for the Beijing Daxing International Airport Comprehensive Bonded Zone.During the three-month trial run,the platform demonstrated accurate and effective data organization,collection,and display results,maintaining stable performance.It significantly improved traffic management efficiency and safety within the bonded zone,while also providing a basis for intelligent decision-making in traffic management.
