考虑远引掉头的X型交叉口交通组织精细化设计

摘要 为了消除X型交叉口的交通安全隐患,提高交叉口通行效率,对X型交叉口的特征及存在问题进行分析,提出X型交叉口的交通组织优化方法,并以平安大道—兴城路交叉口为例,运用时空一体化的理念进行交通组织精细化设计,将X型交叉口规则化、合理化,同时配合智能科技手段对交叉口进行合理的管控。结果表明,优化后的交叉口交通冲突有效减少,行车轨迹更加清晰,优化效果较为明显,其中平峰时段交叉口的车均延误时间由18.6 s下降为15.3 s,平均停车次数由17次减少为13次;晚高峰时段交叉口的车均延误时间由28.9 s下降为24.1 s,平均停车次数由23次减少为19次,这对于其他畸形交叉口的优化也具有一定的借鉴意义。 In order to eliminate traffic safety hazards at X-type intersections and improve intersection traffic efficiency,the traffic organization optimization method of X intersection was put forward according to the characteristics and existing problems of X-type intersection,and the intersection of Ping’an Avenue-Xingcheng Road was using as an example to refine the traffic organization design of X-type intersections to regularize and rationalize abnormal intersections,at the same time,to cooperate with intelligent technology to reasonably control intersections.The results showed that the optimized intersection effectively reduced traffic conflicts and provided clearer driving trajectories,the optimization effect was more significant.The average delay time per vehicle decreased from 18.6 s to 15.3 s and the average number of stops decreased from 17 to 13 during the flat peak period;the average delay time per vehicle decreased from 28.9 s to 24.1 s,and the average number of parking times decreased from 23 to 19 during the late rush hour.It also has certain reference significance for the optimization of other abnormal intersections.
