Research progress on insulin resistance type of polycystic ovary syndrome in traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment

多囊卵巢综合征(polycystic ovary syndrome,PCOS)是育龄期女性常见的内分泌和代谢疾病之一,其胰岛素抵抗(insulin resistance,IR)是核心病理机制,但目前PCOS-IR的病因、发病机制尚不明确,治疗欠佳,严重影响育龄期女性的身心健康,引起了人们的广泛重视。故本文对PCOS-IR的病因、发病机制及中西医治疗研究等方面进展进行综述,以期为PCOS-IR的发病机制及治疗提供一定的依据。

Polycystic ovarian syndrome(PCOS)is one of the common endocrine and metabolic diseases in women of childbearing age.Insulin resistance(IR)is its core pathological mechanism.At present,the etiology and pathogenesis of PCOS-IR are still unclear,and the treatment is poor,which seriously affects the physical and mental health of women of childbearing age,causing widespread attention.Therefore,this article reviews the progress in the etiology,pathogenesis and treatment of PCOS-IR with Chinese and western medicine in order to provide some basis for the pathogenesis and treatment of PCOS-IR.
