摘要
硅溶胶是一种性能优良的纳米材料,应用广泛,其合成方法主要有离子交换法、电解电渗析法、分散法等。然而,不同方法合成的硅溶胶性能各具特点。为了改善其缺点,常需对硅溶胶进行改性处理,常见的改性方法主要分为物理改性和化学改性。本文总结归纳了硅溶胶的合成方法、改性方法及其改性后的性能,并考察了其在木材领域中的应用,重点介绍了提高木材力学性能和阻燃性方面的相关研究。最后,对硅溶胶在木材领域的发展进行了展望。
Silica sol is a high-performance nanomaterial widely used,and its synthesis methods mainly include ion exchange method,electrolytic electrodialysis method,dispersion method,etc.However,the performance of silica sol synthesized by different methods varies.In order to improve its drawbacks,it is often necessary to modify the silica sol,and common modification methods are mainly divided into physical modification and chemical modification.In this article,the synthesis methods,modification methods,and modified properties of silica sol were summarized,and its application in the field of wood was examined.The focus is on the relevant research on improving the mechanical properties and flame retardancy of wood.Finally,the development of silica sol in the field of wood was discussed.
