绿色发展视角下地板产业绿色转型效率评价与发展路径研究--以江苏为例

Research on the Green Transformation Efficiency Evaluation and Development Path of Floor Industry from the Perspective of Green Development--A Case Study of Jiangsu Province

在新时代绿色发展大背景下,推动产业绿色转型是调整经济结构的重要举措。作为江苏重点培育产业之一,地板产业正积极推动绿色转型工作。以绿色发展为视角,利用非期望产出DEA-SBM模型测算江苏地板产业绿色转型效率。结果表明:江苏地板产业绿色转型效率整体较高,但苏南、苏中、苏北之间存在差距,苏南地区绿色转型效率普遍高于苏中和苏北,且高于全省平均水平。2018-2021年,苏南、苏中和苏北地板绿色转型效率呈现波动上升趋势。2022年,苏北地区地板产业绿色转型效率反超苏南和苏中地区,绿色转型加快。基于以上结论,提出了江苏地板产业绿色转型的发展路径。

In the context of green development in the new era,promoting industrial green transformation is an important measure to adjust economic structure.As a key cultivation industry in Jiangsu,the flooring industry is actively promoting green transformation.This article took green development as the perspective and used the DEA-SBM model of unexpected output to calculate the efficiency of green transformation in Jiangsu's flooring industry.The results showed that the overall efficiency of green transformation in Jiangsu's flooring industry was relatively high,but there was a gap between southern,central,and northern Jiangsu.The green transformation efficiency in southern Jiangsu was generally higher than that in central and northern Jiangsu,and also higher than the average level of the province.From 2018 to 2021,the green transformation efficiency of flooring in southern,central,and northern Jiangsu showed a fluctuating upward trend.In 2022,the green transformation efficiency of the flooring industry in northern Jiangsu surpassed that southern and central Jiangsu,and its green transformation speed was accelerated.Based on the above conclusions,this article proposed a development path for the green transformation of Jiangsu's flooring industry.
