森林粮油资源与利用研究进展

Research Progress on Resources and Utilization of Forest Grains and Oils

森林粮油是我国粮油资源的重要组成部分,具有不占用耕地资源、营养价值高、富含多种生物活性物质的优点,经济效益和生态效益良好,有较高的发展潜力。本文主要介绍了蛋白类、淀粉类以及油料类森林木本植物的资源现状、分布情况、成分与功能特征、加工利用现状等,并针对森林粮油产业发展中存在的问题,提出了相对应的解决策略和建议,以期为森林粮油产业的发展提供参考。

The forest grains and oils are an important part of China's grain and oil resources.They are derived from woody plants,which have the advantages of not occupying arable land resources,high nutritional value,and being rich in many bioactive substances,and also have good economic and ecological benefits,and have enormous development potential.This article mainly introduced the resource status,distribution,componential and functional characteristics,processing and utilization status of protein,starch,and oilseed woody plants.In response to the problems existed in the development of the forest grain and oil industry,corresponding strategies and suggestions were proposed,which could provide reference for the development of the forest grain and oil industry.
