广西壮族自治区乡镇卫生院健康科普开展现状及对策分析

Analysis of the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Health Science Popularization in Township Health Centers of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region

目的:了解广西壮族自治区乡镇卫生院健康科普开展现状,为乡镇地区健康知识普及工作的开展以及健康乡村建设的深入推进提供参考。方法:2023年4月1—30日,采用随机和整群抽样相结合的抽样方法,对广西壮族自治区7个地级市的乡镇卫生院进行问卷调查,结合文献研究,了解乡镇卫生院健康科普开展现状及存在的问题。结果:共有510家乡镇卫生院参与调查,其中78.40%的乡镇卫生院能定期开展健康科普培训活动,但目前仍有14.30%的乡镇卫生院尚未建立健康科普管理制度、31.80%的乡镇卫生院未制定激励措施、50.60%的乡镇卫生院缺乏科普经费来源。结论:大部分乡镇卫生院能定期开展健康科普工作,但是对健康科普工作重视不足,缺乏科普的积极性。建议乡镇卫生院充分发挥优势,完善管理制度与激励措施;各方应广泛参与,共同推动乡村地区健康科普工作的深入开展。

OBJECTIVE To understand the current situation of health science popularization carried out in township health centers,and to provide reference for the development of health knowledge popularization in township areas as well as the in-depth promotion of the construction of healthy villages.METHODS A questionnaire survey of township health centers in seven prefecture-level cities in Guangxi was conducted using a combination of random and cluster sampling methods,and combining the literature study to understand the current situation and problems of health science popularization.RESULTS 510 township health centers participated in the survey,of which 78.4%were able to carry out health science training activities on a regular basis,but 14.3%of the township health centers had not yet set up a health science management system,31.8%have not formulated incentives,and 50.6%lack economic resources.CONCLUSION Most of the township health centers can regularly carry out health science popularization,but they do not pay enough attention to the work of health science popularization and lack the motivation of science popularization.It is recommended that township health centers give full play to their advantages and improve the management system and incentives.All parties should participate widely to jointly promote the in-depth development of health science popularization in rural areas.
