新质生产力是习近平总书记在深度把握当代世界技术变革,立足中国经济发展时代特征提出的新经济概念。新质生产力代表先进生产力的演进方向,是集全新要素配置、高科技引领、产业变革于一体的新的价值形态。从理论渊源上看,新质生产力既是对传统生产力概念的扬弃,也是对马克思劳动价值论和社会生产关系理论的逻辑延伸;从科学内涵上看,新质生产力是符合新发展理念的生产力,创新是其内在动力,绿色是其靓丽底色,以技术变革引领产业升级。为加速培育新质生产力,必须着力培养一支创新型人才队伍,提升国内数字经济水平,实现科技创新和产业发展的“双轮驱动”。

The new qualitative productivity is a new economic concept put forward by General Secretary Xi Jin-ping in his deep grasp of the technological changes in the contemporary world and based on the characteristics of our economic development era.The new quality productivity represents the evolution direction of the advanced productivity,and is a new value form which integrates brand-new factor allocation,high-tech guidance and industrial reform.From the perspective of theoretical origin,the new quality productivity is not only the sublation of the traditional productivity concept,but also the logical extension of Marx’s labor theory of value and the theory of social relations of production.In order to accelerate the cultivation of new quality productivity,we must focus on cultivating an innovative talent team,enhance the domestic digital economy,and realize the“two-wheel drive”of technological innovation and industrial development.
