受限空间双旋流离心喷嘴雾化特性

摘要 试验研究了燃烧室结构下双旋流离心喷嘴雾化特性。以某型航空发动机离心喷嘴为研究对象,应用平面激光诱导荧光系统(PLIF)获得煤油浓度分布及雾化锥角,通过构建PLIF荧光强度、Mie散射光强度与雾化粒度(SMD)的关系式,经相位多普勒粒子分析仪(PDPA)标定及图像处理,得到燃油雾化粒度分布。研究结果表明:燃烧室内,燃油浓度呈空心锥分布,随供油压力及旋流器压力损失增加,浓度集中度变大;雾化锥角随供油压力增大逐渐减小,随旋流器压力损失增大逐渐增大;SMD呈空心锥分布,雾锥边缘处粒度较大,中心处较小。 Experimental study on the atomization characteristics of double swirl centrifugal nozzles in a combustor structure.Taking the centrifugal nozzle of a certain type of aero engine as the research object,the concentration distribution and atomization cone angle were obtained using PLIF,Constructing the relationship between PLIF and Mie and SMD,and calibrated with PDPA,the distribution of SMD was obtained.The results indicate that the fuel concentration is distributed in a hollow cone shape,as the fuel supply pressure and swirl pressure loss increase,the concentration increases.The cone angle increases with the pressure loss of the swirler increases,and decreases with the fuel supply pressure increases.The SMD also shows a hollow cone distribution,the particle size is larger at the edge of the cone and smaller at the center.
