摘要
某电厂1000MW超超临界机组在基建调试过程中,因汽轮机润滑油母管压力下降引起交流润滑油泵自启,导致调试试验中断。对汽轮机润滑油母管压力下降原因进行了分析,原因为油箱内部油涡轮进口法兰聚四氟乙烯垫片泄漏所致。经过试验,在保证汽轮机轴承安全可控的前提下,汽轮机缸温低于280℃时停运主机电动盘车,通过降低主机润滑油油箱油位并维持顶轴油系统运行、进行连续手动盘车,完成油涡轮垫片的快速更换工作,有效地缩短了检修工期。
During the construction and commissioning process of a 1000MW ultra supercritical unit in a power plant,the AC lubricating oil pump started automatically due to the pressure drop of the turbine lubricating oil main pipe,resulting in the interruption of the commissioning test.The article provides a detailed introduction to the reason for the pressure drop in the lubricating oil main pipe of the steam turbine,which is caused by the leakage of the PTFE gasket at the inlet flange of the oil turbine turbine in the oil tank.After testing to ensure the safety and controllability of the steam turbine bearings,the main engine electric disc drive was stopped when the cylinder temperature of the steam turbine was below 280℃.By reducing the oil level in the main engine lubricating oil tank,maintaining the operation of the jacking oil system,and performing continuous manual disc drive,rapid replacement of the oil turbine gasket was achieved,effectively shortening the maintenance period.
