大型活动背景下衔接地铁站点的接驳公交开行方案优化研究

摘要 为缓解大型活动散场客流对临近活动场馆的地铁站点的冲击,本文提出在场馆周边设置接驳公交站点,将散场的客流通过接驳公交运送至在其轨道交通路径上其他换乘站的疏散策略。本文结合散场观众到达规律,以乘客候车成本最小和公交运营成本最少为目标,考虑最大可调度公交数量,公交发车间隔合理性等约束条件,构建接驳公交行车计划优化模型。结果表明:与未设置接驳公交的疏散过程对比,设置接驳公交,散场观众总旅行时间减少38.3%;对比单线调度和联合调度的优化结果,联合调度方案的乘客候车成本相较于单线调度下降了19.97%,总成本下降9.39%,说明本文所提出的联合调度方案相较于单线调度具有一定的优化效果。 In order to alleviate the impact of large event departure passenger flow on subway stations near the event venue,this paper proposes an evacuation strategy of setting feeder bus stops around the venue to transport the departing passenger flow to other transfer stations on the rail transit path.Taking the minimum passenger waiting cost and the minimum bus operating cost as targets,this paper constructs an optimization model of feeder bus travel plan considering the constraints such as the maximum number of dispatchable buses and the rationality of bus departure interval.The results show that:compared with the evacuation process without feeder bus,the total travel time of departing spectators is reduced by 38.3%;Comparing the optimization results of single line scheduling and joint scheduling,it is found that the passenger waiting cost of the joint scheduling scheme decreases by 19.97%and the total cost decreases by 9.39%,which indicates that the joint scheduling scheme proposed in this paper has a certain optimization effect compared with the single line scheduling.
