摘要
随着社会需求的发展,对工程人员的伦理素养提出了更高的要求。为了使工程伦理课程的教学实践更适合焊接技术与工程专业的发展需求,以提高本专业学生处理工程实践中伦理挑战的能力为目标,开展了工程伦理建设工作。采用“课堂讲授+案例讨论+多角色辩论”的混合式教学法,建立了具有本专业特色的“工程伦理”教学案例库。通过明确的考核标准,加深了学生对典型伦理问题的理解,有利于学生形成良好的工程伦理意识和掌握应对伦理冲突时的决策能力。
With the development of social demand,higher requirements have been put forward for the ethical diathesis of engineering personnel.In order to make the teaching practice of engineering ethics courses more suitable for the development of welding technology and engineering majors,it has carried out engineering ethics construction work with the goal of improving the ability of welding students to deal with the ethical challenges in engineering practice.This paper adopts a hybrid teaching method of“classroom teaching+case discussion+multi-role debate”to establish a teaching case base of“engineering ethics”with welding professional characteristics.By formulating clear assessment criteria,students have deepened their understanding of typical ethical issues,which is conducive to forming a good sense of engineering ethics and mastering decision-making skills when dealing with ethical conflicts.
