摘要
内环流储粮技术不与外界空气产生湿热交换,充分利用粮堆自身冷源,在控温、控湿、保质等方面取得良好效果,是一种可以实现低温(准低温)的绿色安全储粮技术。综述了内环流储粮技术的原理、组成及分类,内环流通风对储粮的影响(温湿度、有害生物及储粮品质)。概述了内环流通风储粮技术新进展(通风保水、数值模拟的应用、智能控制与技术集成的研究),提出存在的问题并对内环流储粮技术下一步研究进行展望,为内环流储粮技术更好发挥作用提供参考。
Internal circulation grain storage technology does not exchange moisture and heat with the external air,and fully utilizes the cold source of the grain pile itself,achieving good results in temperature control,humidity control,quality assurance,and other aspects.It is a green and safe grain storage technology that can achieve low temperatures(quasi-low temperatures).This review mainly summarizes the principles,composition,and classification of internal circulation grain storage technology,as well as the impact of internal circulation ventilation on grain storage(temperature and humidity,harmful organisms,and grain quality).It summarizes the new progress of internal circulation ventilation grain storage technology(ventilation and water retention,application of numerical simulation,research on intelligent control and technology integration),points out the existing problems,and looks forward to the next step of research on internal circulation grain storage technology,providing a reference for better utilization of internal circulation grain storage technology.
