The Development Requirement and Future Orientation of Discipline Inspection and Supervision Studies on the Basis of Interdisciplinary Integration

我国纪检监察学初步发展,并形成以交叉融合培养为主流的建设态势。促进纪检监察学的长足发展需要坚持自主自新,即立足纪检监察学的中国特色,坚持习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的引领,实现学术体系、话语体系的创新。同时,应注重理论能力和实践能力的综合提升,全面强化能力培养,助力监察工作发展。新时代背景下,纪检监察学发展的应然模式是变“刚性”为“柔性”,应从以思政育人为导向、以兴趣引入为助力、以合理规划为基础等方面做出努力。

Supervision and discipline inspection studies(SDIS)in China is in its preliminary stages of development,and it forms a trend of mainstream construction characterized by interdisciplinary integration.To foster the substantial growth of the studies,it is imperative to adhere to self-innovation based on the unique Chinese characteristics of the discipline.Meanwhile the guidance of Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a new era by XI Jinping should be upheld.In this way,a novel academy and discourse system can be established.Additionally,a comprehensive enhancement of both theoretical and practical capabilities should be prioritized to strengthen competence development and support the advancement of supervision work.In the context of the new era,the desired model for the development of SDIS should shift from rigidity to flexibility.The shift can be realized by focusing on educational guidance through morals and values,leveraging interest-based engagement,and establishing a foundation of reasonable planning.
