摘要
对铝合金中具有工程应用价值的半共格析出相进行了综述,重点关注了典型热处理铝合金中的半共格相,包括2xxx系铝合金的θ′相、S′相和Ω相,6xxx系铝合金的β′相和Q′相,7xxx系铝合金的η′相。介绍了铝合金中这些半共格析出相的晶体结构、点阵参数、惯析面、晶体学关系等,以及它们对铝合金的强化效应。此外,还介绍了3xxx系铝合金中的α-Al(Mn,Fe)Si部分共格弥散相,虽然共格关系存在争议,但该相具有较高的热稳定性,有利于提高铝合金的高温强度。本文旨在为建立铝合金半共格强化相与力学性能之间的关系提供支持,为研发新一代铝合金提供参考。
A review was conducted on the semi-coherent precipitates with engineering application value in aluminum alloys,with a focus on the semi-coherent phases in typical heat-treated aluminum alloys,including theθ′phase,S′phase andΩphase of 2xxx series aluminum alloys,theβ′phase and Q′phase of 6xxx series aluminum alloys,and theη′phase of 7xxx series aluminum alloys.This article introduces the crystal structure,lattice parameters,inertial planes and crystallographic relationships of these semi-coherent precipitates in aluminum alloys,and their strengthening effects on aluminum alloys.In addition,theα-Al(Mn,Fe)Si partially coherent dispersed phase in 3xxx aluminum alloys is also introduced,and although the coherent relationship is controversial,this phase has high thermal stability and is beneficial for improving the high-temperature strength of aluminum alloys.This article aims to provide support for establishing the relationship between the semi-coherent strengthening phases and mechanical properties of aluminum alloys,and to provide reference for the development of new generation aluminum alloys.
