金融强国目标既为上海国际金融中心建设提供重大机遇,也对提升上海国际金融中心能级提出新的更高要求。面对新形势、新任务、新挑战,上海国际金融中心亟须增强竞争力和影响力,统筹好金融开放与安全,发挥好金融改革试验田作用,服务好“走出去”国家战略。为此,应牢牢抓住人民币国际化新机遇,全力打造人民币金融资产配置中心和风险管理中心,大幅提高全球金融资源配置能力。

China’s goal of building itself into a financial powerhouse not only provides huge opportunities for the construction of Shanghai as an international financial center,but also raises new and higher requirements for improving the urban function of Shanghai as an international financial center.In the world today,a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial transformation is well under way.The balance of international power is undergoing profound adjustments,and competition among international financial centers is becoming increasingly fierce.In the face of new realities and challenges,Shanghai as an international financial center should undertake its new task of coordinating financial opening and security,giving full play to its role as a pilot ground for financial reform,and serving the national strategy of"going global".The core components of this task include building Shanghai into a center of RMB financial asset allocation and risk management,boosting the internationalization of the RMB and its status in the global financial system,thereby enhancing the competitiveness and influence of Shanghai as an international financial center.To accomplish this task,focus should be placed on seizing new opportunities for the internationalization of the RMB,improving Shanghai’s capability of global financial resource allocation,and improving the construction of financial infrastructure system in Shanghai.
