神经肌肉电刺激联合激光治疗面神经炎急性期的效果

The effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with laser therapy in acute stage of facial neuritis

目的探讨神经肌肉电刺激联合激光治疗面神经炎急性期的效果。方法选取2021年8月至2022年12月萍乡市人民医院收治的60例面神经炎急性期患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组30例。对照组行常规药物联合针灸治疗,观察组在对照组基础上进行神经肌肉电刺激联合激光治疗。比较两组临床疗效、面神经功能[House-Brackmann(H-B)评级、面部残疾指数(facial disability index,FDI)]、生命质量及不良反应发生情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的73.33%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组H-B分级优于治疗前,FDI评分均高于治疗前,且观察组H-B分级优于对照组,FDI评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组生理功能、社会功能、生理职能、精神健康、情绪角色功能评分均高于治疗前,且观察组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论神经肌肉电刺激联合激光治疗面神经炎急性期效果显著,可有效改善患者面神经功能,提高生命质量,且预后较好,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with laser therapy in acute stage of facial neuritis.Methods 60 patients with acute stage of facial neuritis admitted to Pingxiang People's Hospital from August 2021 to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects,they were divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional drugs combined with acupuncture and moxibustion,and the observation group was treated with neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with laser therapy on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,facial nerve function(House-Brackmann[H-B],facial disability index[FDI]),quality of life and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.67%,which was higher than 73.33%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the H-B grade of the two groups were better than before treatment,the FDI score of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the H-B grade in the observation group was better than that in the control group,the FDI score in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of physiological function,social function,physiological function,mental health,and emotional role function of the two groups were higher than before treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Neuromuscular electrical stimulation combined with laser therapy has significant effect in the treatment of acute stage of facial neuritis,effectively improve the function of facial nerve and the quality of life,and have good prognosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
