基于区块链的辽宁中药材“产研用”一体化信息共享模式研究

Research on blockchain based integrated information sharing model for"production,research and use"of Liaoning Traditional Chinese Medicinal materials

辽宁省的中药材种植历史悠久,品种多、种植规模大,是我国道地中药材重要产区,年产量超过12万吨,种植面积达145万亩,形成了辽东、辽西两个特色的中药种植经济区。目前中药材信息共享模式不够完善,药农生产、高校科研、企业使用之间缺乏有效的沟通和信息共享机制,生产、研究、应用脱钩严重,影响了药材产量、药农收益、研究成果转化及药企市场反响。本研究基于区块链技术,建立辽宁中药材“产研用”一体化信息共享平台,探索一套具有防篡改、可追溯、信息公开透明的信息共享模式,希望能助力辽宁中药材产业繁荣发展。

Liaoning Province has a long history of Traditional Chinese Medicine materials cultivation,with a variety of varieties and a large planting scale,it is an important production area for Traditional Chinese Medicine materials in China,with a yield of over 120000 tons and a planting area of 1.45 million acres,it has formed two distinctive Traditional Chinese Medicine materials planting economic zones,Liaodong and Liaoxi.At present,the information sharing mode of Traditional Chinese Medicine materials is not perfect enough,and there is a lack of effective communication and information sharing mechanism between pharmaceutical production,university research and enterprise use.Production,research,application and affecting the production of medicinal materials are seriously decoupled,the income of pharmaceutical farmers,and the transformation of research results,and the market response of pharmaceutical enterprises.This study is based on blockchain technology to establish an integrated information sharing platform for the"production,research and use"of Traditional Chinese Medicine materials in Liaoning.It aims to explore a set of information sharing models that are tamper proof,traceable,and transparent,with the hope of assisting the prosperity and development of the Traditional Chinese Medicine materials industry in Liaoning.
