摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术辅助下微创治疗高血压脑出血的效果。方法选取2021年1月至2022年10月瑞金市人民医院收治的50例高血压脑出血患者作为研究对象,根据治疗方法不同分为对照组与研究组,每组25例。对照组采用常规颅内血肿清除术,研究组采用3D打印模型辅助颅内血肿微创清除术。比较两组穿刺准确率、血肿清除率、术后并发症及预后情况。结果研究组穿刺准确率为96.00%,高于对照组的68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1、3 d,研究组血肿清除率分别为88.00%、96.00%,均高于对照组的64.00%、68.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组并发症发生率比较差异无统计学意义。两组预后分级比较差异无统计学意义,研究组格拉斯哥预后评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论3D打印技术辅助下微创治疗高血压脑出血能提高穿刺准确率和血肿清除率,安全性高,且预后较好。
Objective To explore the effect of minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage assisted by 3D printing technology.Methods A total of 50 patients with hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage admitted to People's Hospital of Ruijin city from January 2021 to October 2022 were selected as the research subjects,they were divided into the control group and the study group according to different treatment methods,with 25 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional intracranial hematoma removal,and the study group was treated with 3D printing model assisted minimally invasive removal of intracranial hematoma.The puncture accuracy,hematoma clearance rate,postoperative complications and prognosis were compared between the two groups.Results The puncture accuracy rate in the study group was 96.00%,which was higher than 68.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).At 1 and 3 d after operation,the hematoma clearance rates in the study group were 88.00%and 96.00%,respectively,which were higher than 64.00%and 68.00%in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups.There was no statistical significance in the comparison of prognostic grades between the two groups,and the Glasgow prognostic score in the study group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage assisted by 3D printing technology can improve the accuracy of puncture and hematoma clearance rate,with high safety and good prognosis.
