摘要
目的探讨临床路径教学法结合思维导图在肿瘤科临床带教中的应用效果。方法选取2022年至2023年于首都医科大学大兴教学医院肿瘤科轮转的30名首都医科大学本科班实习生作为研究对象。为了保证教育资源的公平性,研究采用配对实验,肺癌章节教学采取临床路径教学法结合思维导图的教学方法,乳腺癌章节采取常规带教方法。分析学生考试成绩进步幅度和对两种教学方式的满意度。结果学生肺癌成绩进步幅度高于乳腺癌,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在培养临床思维、提高临床能力、提升学习效率、培养学习兴趣、理论知识掌握能力、增加师生互动、激发自主学习能力方面,学生对肺癌教学的满意度均高于乳腺癌教学,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论临床路径教学法结合思维导图在提高学生成绩和教学满意度方面优于传统教学法,有助于提高教学质量。
Objective To study the application effect of clinical pathway teaching method combined with mind mapping in clinical teaching of oncology department.Methods 30 interns of Capital Medical University who were rotating in the Oncology department of Daxing Teaching Hospital of Capital Medical University from 2022 to 2023 were selected as the research subjects.In order to ensure the fairness of education resources,the study adopted the paired experimental.The clinical pathway teaching method combined with mind mapping teaching method was used in the chapter of lung cancer,and the conventional teaching method was used in the chapter of breast cancer as the control.The improvement of students'test results and their satisfaction with the two teaching methods were analyzed.Results The improvement of students'lung cancer scores was higher than that of breast cancer,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In terms of training clinical thinking,improving clinical ability,improving learning efficiency,cultivating learning interest,mastering theoretical knowledge,increasing teacher-student interaction and stimulating independent learning ability,students'satisfaction with lung cancer teaching was higher than that of breast cancer teaching,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical pathway teaching method combined with mind mapping is superior to the traditional teaching method in improving students'achievements and teaching satisfaction,which is helpful to improve the teaching quality.
