摘要
作为现代职业教育体系改革的关键措施,行业产教融合共同体的建设旨在实现教育与产业的深度融合,促进经济社会发展。基于共生理论,分析行业产教融合共同体的内涵,指出共生单元、共生模式和共生环境是构成该共同体的三大要素。针对当前行业产教融合中存在的责权不清、协同不足、模式不完善及环境不理想等问题,从机制、模式和环境三个维度提出解决策略,以实现共生单元间的相互赋能、共生模式的深度耦合和共生环境的持续优化,推动共同体的高水平建设和可持续发展。
As a key measure in the reform of the modern vocational education system,the construction of industry-education integration communities aims to achieve deep integration of education and industry,promoting economic and social development.Based on Symbiosis Theory,this paper analyzes the connotation of the industry-education integration community,identifying symbiotic units,symbiotic models,and symbiotic environments as the three key elements constituting such communities.In response to current issues in industry-education integration,including unclear responsibilities and rights,insufficient collaboration,imperfect models,and suboptimal environment,solutions have been proposed from three dimensions:mechanism,mode,and environment.The goal is to achieve mutual empowerment among symbiotic units,deep coupling of symbiotic modes,and continuous optimization of symbiotic environments,thereby promoting high-level construction and sustainable development of these community.
