摘要
在新时代教育强国建设进程中,思政课程和课程思政成为高校“立德树人”的两翼双轮。作为高等教育的重要组成部分和终身教育体系的关键环节,高等学历继续教育课程思政的育人成效深刻影响着教育强国的建设进程。研究高等学历继续教育课程思政的育人机制,结合高等学历继续教育外部发展环境和自身工作实践,发现主体观念不一致、客观现状复杂性及评价机制不健全是制约高等学历继续教育育人成效的三个因素。提出从思想引领和系统思维相统筹的顶层设计、传统手段和数字技术相结合的组织实施、动态监控和静态评价相印证的评价方式三个维度探索构建高等学历继续教育课程思政实践路径。
Entering the new era,in the process of building a strong educational country,ideological and political courses and education have become the two wings and wheels of“moral education”in higher education institutions.As an important component of higher education and a key link in lifelong education system,the educational effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher continuing education has a profound impact on the construction process of a strong educational country.This study examines the educational mechanism of ideological and political education in higher continuing education.Considering the external development environment of higher continuing education and practical experience,this study identifies three factors restricting the effectiveness of ideological and political education in higher continuing education are inconsistent subject concept,complexity of objective status and inadequate evaluation mechanism.This paper explores the practice approach to ideological and political education in higher continuing education from three dimensions:top-level design of ideological guidance and systematic thinking,implementation with a combination of traditional means and digital technology,and evaluation approaches that combine dynamic monitoring with static assessment.
