新时代高校心理育人高质量发展研究

A Research on the High Quality Development of Psychological Education of Universities in the New Era

心理育人是提升高校思想政治工作质量“十大育人”体系之一,是一种理念、目标,也是一种方法、技术,具有鲜明的价值导向.新时代高校心理育人承载着独特的功能和价值,在维护大学生心理健康、提升高校思想政治工作质量和培养堪当民族复兴重任时代新人方面发挥着重要作用.然而,心理育人重要性、紧迫性与高校重视支持不够之间的矛盾、心理育人高标准高要求与育人方法手段不足之间的矛盾、心理育人合力新要求与育人意识能力不强之间的矛盾,阻碍着高校心理育人高质量发展.为实现新时代高校心理育人高质量发展,需要提高思想认识和强化心理育人措施保障、拓展学科支撑和丰富心理育人方法手段、深化体制改革和增强协同育人意识能力.

Psychological education,which is one of the ten education systems of quality improvement of ideological and political work in universities,is an idea,a goal,a method and a technology with distinct value orientation.In the new era psychological education bears unique functions and values,and plays an important role in maintaining the mental health of university students,improving the quality of ideological and political work in universities,and training new people to shoulder the task of national rejuvenation.However,the contradiction between the significance of psychological education and the insufficient attention in universities,the contradiction between the high standard of the goal of psychological education and the lack of methods and means,and the contradiction between the new requirements of cooperative education and the lack of consciousness and ability hinder the high quality improvement of psychological education.Therefore,in order to achieve high quality development of psychological education,it needs to improve ideological understanding,strengthen psychological education safeguard measures,expand disciplinary support,enrich psychological education methods and means,deepen institutional reform and enhance cooperative education consciousness and ability.
